All items are sold as vintage / pre-owned. Signs of wear, ageing or material patina may be present and are considered normal characteristics of vintage goods. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-owned items, Zidezine does not accept returns: • Items cannot be returned after delivery • Exchanges are not possible • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped All purchases are final sale. Customers are encouraged to request additional photos or information regarding condition, sizing or materials before placing an order.
Zidezine does not issue refunds under any circumstances, except where required under applicable Dutch/EU consumer law. The following do not qualify as defects or refund grounds: • minor signs of wear or use • patina, fading or ageing of materials • small imperfections consistent with vintage condition These characteristics form part of the authenticity and nature of pre-owned items.
